Villa Beram is a carefully restored three-storey stone house in Beram, near Pazin, sleeping up to eight guests. Every detail has been considered — from the corner fireplace in the open-plan living and dining area to the covered terrace with panoramic views of the Istrian hills. Outside, a heated pool usable beyond the main season, a wood-burning sauna, and a hot tub give you real reasons to stay longer. History and Character

The house and the village of Beram both carry centuries of history. The villa has been restored using stone and wood to preserve its authentic feel, so you are not staying in a generic holiday rental — you are staying somewhere with a genuine story behind it. The surroundings, the architecture and the interior all reflect the character of traditional Istrian living.

Heated Pool Year-Round

The outdoor heated pool is available outside the main tourist season, which means you can enjoy it in spring or autumn without the summer crowds. Combined with a wood-burning sauna and a hot tub, the outdoor space gives you a full set of facilities that most villas in the area simply do not offer.

Flexible Accommodation

The villa accommodates groups of up to six guests, but there is also a separate two-person room available for rent throughout the entire year. Whether you are planning a family holiday, a short couple's retreat or something in between, there is an option that fits your needs without compromise.
